Completing residential treatment is a great accomplishment but it is only the beginning of the healing process. The transition from a highly structured and protected environment to real life dramatically increases the risk of relapse. We see our continued care program as a bridge from primary treatment to lasting personal recovery. Our program provides support and accountability while also allowing individuals to begin slowly reintegrating into life. Our therapists are experts at addressing the common issues that arise during this transition. We address issues such as finding 12-step meetings, finding sponsors, seeking employment, attending college, and improving relationships with friends and family. This is the stage of treatment where the individual has to take the tools given to them and start building their life in recovery.
